I
used the polka dot stamp to decorate a basic office supply tag. I
layered a die cut butterfly, gems, and banner (with sentiment) on top.
The cute little button and white ribbon finish it off. For the gray
flourish in the background I did some selective inking to stamp just one
end of the Flower Flourish stamp, to add some interest to the pink
patterned paper. More gems and green twine were added last.
