Puyallup Spring Fair...

...I finally have looked through all my photos from our trip west. My favorites have to be of our afternoon at the Spring Fair:

We went with my girlfriend Lisa, and her little girl Kaity.

Now for some randomness:

I am officially a member of Pullman Athletic Club! I am really excited to start going 3-4 times per week. They also have a child care facility for Evan :-)

5 weeks until CKU! I am so SO excited I can hardly stand it!

Mark's last day of school is Thursday (at 10am). We are really looking forward to summer!

...ok, I think that's it for now. I will hopefully post a few layouts tonight!

Much needed R & R...

Evan and I made it home Monday night from Puyallup, and Spokane. It was the longest we have ever been away from Mark, but it was a great trip!

My to do list is a mile long. I have unpacking to do, laundry, bill paying, and (hopefully) some scrapbooking to get done today and tomorrow. I want this weekend to be relaxing for Evan and me. Mark has finals next week, so I don't know how much we are going to see him.

Time to scratch some things off my list...

Dare to be Fabulous...

My folks are in town for the weekend, and one of the highlights is the first annual "Dare to be Fabulous" vendor fair tomorrow! My mom and eight other women are all selling their products at the Holiday Inn Express here in Pullman from 7a-1p. Each table will have a little treat, plus a prize drawing! My mom is giving away a beautiful crimson bangle, and I saw the AtHome America gal is giving away a wreath! If you are going to be in Pullman, and have a few extra minutes tomorrow, come on by and say hi :-)

Here & there...

Today was one of those "here & there" days. We did a little here...spent some time there.

Started the day at "Toddler Time" with Miss Liz. Seriously cool teacher. There was a little mix up with the schedule, and we ended up being the only mama/son team there. Evan flitted from painting w/ rollers to "way-dough" (play-dough) to blocks to books to alphabet/number magnets to making a sheep to running in circles. All in under an hour. Good effort, buddy.

Picked up/dropped off Mark at school.

Met Kristi and the fam for lunch at McDonald's.

Mark dropped us off at home for naps and cleaning.

Here are a couple layouts I did last night. Used some of my SOMO March kit:

Evan was only a couple of days old in these photos.

Fast forward two years, and this is what you get! It was cool to scrap photos from two different periods. I remember Evan as an infant so vividly, but sometimes it feels like a lifetime ago. A child who isn't mobile and sassy? Is that even possible?!? (Sorry about the weird lighting...my flash was being temperamental tonight).

To end, imagine if the whole world were run by Fisher-Price. This is what it would look like:

Good night, friends.

30 Minute Thursday...

First of all, I am hoping to sit down and post photos of Evan's birthday party tomorrow. I was super busy today (still cleaning up after the big bash on Sat.), and tonight I only had time to finish my 30 Minute Thursday layout. I am so tired I can barely keep my eyes open! With only 4 weeks of school left this semester, Mark is doing a ton of homework and working a lot. That means it is just Evan and me home all day :-)

Ok, so here is my layout:

The challenge was to use a photo of yourself, two buttons, 3" of ribbon, and some bling. I think I have all the bases covered!

I really need to step away from the computer tonight. Mark and I have listed some things on ebay, and I have checked our account only 1000 times today! So maybe I did have time to post pics from Evan's b-day :-)

Did anyone check out Lisa Bearnson's KOTM that premiered today? I LOVE what Ali did with this kit!

Evan said "butterfly" for the first time yesterday! It sounded more like "butt-fly", but that's ok, right?

Peace.
